At Decoview, due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection
Given that our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. We dedicate significant time and resources to creating a unique product tailored to your needs.
Please ensure all details, measurements, colors, and other specifications are thoroughly checked before confirming your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns for change of mind, your satisfaction with the quality and accuracy of your custom product is paramount.
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged: Physically damaged during shipping.
- Defective: Has a manufacturing fault or defect.
- Incorrect: Does not match the specifications confirmed in your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
We will require clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or discrepancy. Upon verification, we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.
3. Order Cancellation
Because custom orders begin production as soon as payment is received, cancellation may not be possible if production has already commenced, or it may incur a cancellation fee to cover materials and work already completed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will advise you of your options upon contact.
